Referral process

- 2We respond within one business day to confirm receipt and ask any follow-up questions.
- 3We review capacity and compatibility, then schedule a meeting to discuss the individual's needs.
- 4If we're a fit, we coordinate with you and DMH to begin the intake process.
Please don't include protected health information (PHI) in the referral form. Share clinical documents by secure fax or encrypted email after we make contact.
